Or, if you have signed up for the London Marathon - to crack on with your training, and hopefully burn off those mince pies.

Yup, in case you hadn't realised - it's 4 months until you and 40,000+ other runners will be on the starting line for the race of your life.

If you are a regular runner, then 4 months is just about enough time to get yourself in shape for your first marathon. Or if you've got a few under your belt, there's still a chance to improve upon your PB.

So, it's a good thing that we've just launched our Online Improver and Advanced Marathon Training programmes. These are a great way to get access to brilliant trainers, who will put together a completely personalised plan for you week by week, but with the freedom to train when and where suits you.


We will help you build up your running strength; set exactly the right pace and distance for your training runs to make the most of them; and help motivate you through those tough days.
